Booking and Arrival

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer cash payment upon arrival. Alternatively, you can choose to pay in advance by bank transfer in euros.

What is the best way to reach you from Split?
You can get to Hvar from Split by ferry or private boat transfer.
We are happy to help you organize your arrival and can pick you up at the Hvar or Stari Grad ferry port upon request.
​
Do you offer a shuttle service from the ferry to Mansion Hvar?
Yes! We offer a free transfer to and from the ferry ports in Hvar or Stari Grad.
Just let us know at least one day before your arrival.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Is parking available?
Yes, free private parking is available directly at the property.

Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes, an à la carte breakfast with fresh, regional products is included in the room rate.

What are your breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 10:00 AM.
You can send us your selection conveniently by 6:00 PM the evening before, so we can prepare everything to your liking.

How often are the rooms cleaned?
Rooms are cleaned daily, and the minibar is restocked as needed. Fresh towels are always available upon request.
For stays of 7 nights or more, we naturally change bed linen and towels.
​
Do you provide pool towels?
Yes, you'll find two fresh pool towels in your room upon arrival. If you need more, just let us know.
​
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Our rooms are not equipped for cooking, but we provide a shared fridge with labeled compartments for each room.
In addition, a trust-based self-service fridge with drinks is available for you at any time.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not. Our accommodation is pet-free to ensure a comfortable and allergen-free stay for all guests.

Can three people stay in a double room?
Our rooms are designed for a maximum of two adults.
For safety and comfort reasons, it is not possible to accommodate more than two people.

Are there restaurants or excursion tips nearby?
Yes! In the village of Milna, just 1 km away, you'll find several restaurants, cafés, and small shops – all within walking distance.
We’re also happy to share our personal tips for trips, beaches, hidden gems, and other local recommendations on the island of Hvar.
